Thanks Dave and Brenden for doing this. I have set up a wiki page on in 
the Marketing ideas section to track this. Feel free to add to the empty 
fields or email me or leave notes on this thread with the added 
information.

I will offer to keep track of these unless anyone else has any 
objections to it.

I have also added a short disclaimer on the page:
