BTW ... list of TDF Spokespersons, plus local contacts for infos -- I
can take care of preparing a table for this. Are there any particular
fields other than:
/ Country / Region / Location / Contact Name / Phone-Skype #/ Email
Address / Time Zone (GMT +/-)
I will also only note that this list is only to be filled by myself or
National Marketing Leads after these people are approved by yourself. I
think it is pretty well accepted that you are our Marketing Lead on the
project.
The visibility of this list is beneficial to the project, so it should
be visible when the contacts are there and have accepted to be listed as
contacts (hopefully before the announcement).
For the composition of the marketing team, including local contacts, I
would prefer to have a short chat in the Steering Committee.
For contacts we also need phone number and possibly Skype nick, as many
journalists use Skype. As we are on different time zones, I would add a
time zone column, using the standard GMT +/- order.
I will do a table with the following. Should this still be visible on
the wiki for everyone to see? Phone numbers and all? Is there a way to
lock this up for members only? There should be some things that should
be made public:
/ Country / Region / Location / Contact Name / Email Address /
Zero external visibility, please. There are privacy issues, and I do not
want the competition - and I am not thinking Oracle - to have any
advantage.
