It could be fed source and target translations from LibreOffice.

NVIDIA CUDA graphics card is recommended. If someone from the team owns such a card, we might not need to invest into an external service.

I bet the LibreTranslate guy (Piero) will attend FOSDEM 23. Time to have a good talk with him.
