Assuming you're talking about
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/is/libo_ui/translate/formula/messages.po#unit=137750958

(the duplicate REPLACE that was fixed to REPLACEB)
→ If you open the timeline, you'll see that it was you who did approve
the translation/did remove the fuzzy marker.

That's been there since initial import/update (and since then the
update against templates was changed to no longer use fuzzy matches),
so really wonder what you mean exactly with "lately"/validated without
knowledge of translators...

This could of course be quite frustrating. I don't
know how many strings or why/how, but I was on my way to investigate.

You'll need to be more specific than that...
