I am reiterating my question, following the recommendations:

There does not seem to be a "lead" for bambara/bamanan (bm-ML), so what do we do ? Can I volunteer to be that person ? and if yes how do I proceed to get things started!!!

As a short introduction, I am a 3d year student at INALCO, Paris ( I have implemented a spell-checker for the language, which I submitted for Extensions but for some reason it does not show up there (I need help there too!)
