That would be cool. Currently LO checks for updates, couldn't that be
set up to check the UI locale at the same time? Mozilla hast locale
specific data that comes via it's blocklist refresh tool, incidentally.

* how many users using which version of LO
* how many of them uses a certain language translation pack
* etc.
