Well, what caught my attention was the print dialog, i.e.
strings-ending-in-period from here on:
http://translations.documentfoundation.org/et/libo33x_ui/vcl/source/src.po/translate?unit=1172752--
I didn't find those strings in HC2.
(Note that I've since added the periods to the translations, too.)

Hi *,
looking at RC2, I found that extended tips (if enabled) are in large part
untranslated, although "Merged UI" is at 100% for Estonian and I remember
having translated identical strings. Looking closer, it seems that such
tips
are (mostly?) the ones where I omitted final period, in accordance with
the
style guide for translating KDE into Estonian -- also used for GNOME,
etc.
for consistency --, which says that tooltips shouldn't end with a period
if
consisting of just one short sentence.
Anyway, am I correct that this lack of punctuation at the end is causing
some of the tips to appear untranslated in the UI? (At least for those
not
coming from HC2, translation of which is incomplete for Estonian).

Can you please give examples so we can check if there is a bug. AFAIK
extended tips are all coming from HC2, but I may be wrong.

Thanks,
Andras
