There have been some investigation into that.. but the problem as I
understand it is

1/ the debug 'database' is massive... > 10GB iirc... so uploading it
is a problem for most tinderbox
2/ the debug 'database' is massive so downloading is also a problem
for the would be user... apparently there is a mechanism to have
'symbol server that can on-demand probvide the pieces that one need as
you debug things... that would mitigate problem 2/... but setting up
the infra to do that is a task that is volonteer-less so far.  and of
course that does not address problem 1/.
