Win-x86_38 produces clean builds with pch. I think the cleaning step
is done by tb and might just not show up in the logs.
Yes, I will put on my todo list to improve the reporting to indicate
such thing somehow, so that
who is operating the box and what pertinent operational parameter are
in use be visible in the header section of the log
