Of course, using such a definition, even Fortran IV code consisted of
classes!
You are of course free to challange the definition of a class as given by Erich
Gamma, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson, John Vlisside. They clearly had no idea
what they are talking about ;)
But surely you are suffering from some kind of bias if you think the current
situation is the best possible.
You are free to do it better(*). Be advised though that ~everyone is
underestimating "it just needs to be build then".
