Hello Imran,

Beginning with your motivation: As Heiko mentioned, the Notebookbar is a 
UI mode provided to cater to people who want a UI experience similar to 
Microsoft Office' ribbons. When the concern is reducing the amount of 
space used, you could, and should, prefer the default UI mode, or the 
single-toolbar UI mode. When using toolbars, you can also have them 
stick to each of the four sides of the screen.

About "removing the title bar" - I disagree, regardless of the 
motivation, and believe there should not be such an option. A title bar 
"belongs" to the window manager, not to the application; and 
applications should not draw in it nor try to remove it. Users benefit 
from the consistency in window presentation the ability to manipulate 
windows when they need to, without having to scratch their heads about 
how to do it. Not to mention, that some window managers don't even have 
a title bar but something else atop the window.

Of course - what I've written is my opinion (shared by others, but still).
