[libreoffice-design] LibreOffice UI changes / moderation Suggestions

Three Suggestions:


1: There should be option to remove the system title-bar on Linux.

2: Users should be able to move/arrange the tabbed toolbar/ribbon to all
four sides of the screen.

3: Users should be able to color every tab of the toolbar/ribbon as they
like. The colors could be selected from pre-defined set.


Reasons:

Top bars and ribbons waste a lot of space on widescreen monitors.
Rearranging and removing unwanted elements will provide more working space.


Discussion:

I am open to discuss my suggestions.
