 * The Heading style does not count as a Heading in the Insert Hyperlink dialog

   + if Heading has a level it appear; so either change the label into
     "Headings with Level" or "Outline headings", or set a level by default,

     to be given a level; same for Appendix and all Index Headings (Eyal)
   + "heading styles" need a level across the code, everywhere (Eyal)
   + there is no such thing as "heading style" (Heiko)
     + request to add a semantic attribute to styles namely what
       style of style this type is, with persistence where relevant (Eyal)

 * Refine LO provided mouse pointers for the 'Direct Cursor' edit feature

 * Our mechanism for exporting the selection does not offer appropriate formats

   + strongly disagree with this pseudo automatic; the filters are available
     and need to be selected; it depends on the use case what makes sense (Heiko)
   + another use case is that I cannot _export_ a paragraph as text (Eyal)
   + issue is more fundamental and includes the full page, for example (Eyal)
     + vaguely remember this topic (Heiko)
     + support saving/exporting just the object (Dan)
   + suggest top allow _exporting_ selections in native formats, ie. odt if
     a bunch of paragraphs is selected (Eyal)
   + disagree as this dilutes the difference between Save and Export (Heiko)
   + Pages on macOS has no SaveAs but all other formats than plain Save in
     Export; kind of similar to GIMP (Dan)
   + export considering the context of the selection makes sense to me (Dan)
 => majority agrees
