This might sound biased but I suggest KacstOne, it's imperfect but good. It's also packaged with 
Ubuntu.

I don't think the olive green looks comfortable on the white background, that's why I changed it in 
the first place.

Also why should this use the community logo? Or are you suggesting another template for community 
brochures?
In any case the logo is slightly different according to this

 (The text should be bottom aligned with the symbol).
