Very interesting.
I find hard to imagine what would happen if the document already has
a rather complex header (say, an image or multiple tabs or a table)
and the "custom" button gets hit. How could that be anticipated?
Just wondering: instead of "custom", what about a button that says
"edit directly in document", in addition to the list with some predefined
content?
