This would mean an interactive approach inside the design team - and if

I would like to do this because I think it's really important to create
and identify a community of LibreOffice in each country. To bring more
people and contributors to regional projects such as the Hispanic
community project for example.
Separation from other LibreOffice teams (especially if they talk your
language) means to hinder co-operation and reduce shared resources.
The intention to create a community in Venezuela is because it is easier
for us local activities, events, installations, talks, including in
Venezuela and thendirect people to the Hispanic Community
(es.libreoffice.org). Even the site of the community in Venezuela will
not have chat, forums, mailing lists themselves.but it will use existing
in the Hispanic community. It makes no sense to separate the resources
where we can centralize.
Let's find a way that covers both aspects:
Identification with the international LibreOffice community and local
recognition as active LibreOffice team.
2 logos could be placed to identify the project and how it works. One
for the International LibreOffice community may be the original logo.
And a logo that identifies community located in each country.
Working together on this topic would probably lead to a dedicated logo
for the Venezuelan team that keeps the LibO logo as main element,
visible and recognizable at the first sight with some kind of addition
(by text or graphic) for your team.
I thank you for everything you told me, I'll keep some of your
recommendations and submits a second version of the logo to see if we
can fit more to the current guidelines LibreOffice logo. I hope we can
assemble a team and we can reach a happy ending. Finally I must say that
I am not a designer, I am a member of the Hispanic community
LibreOffice, and I'm making some efforts to create community in
Venezuela. I hope then I can continue helping.
Greetings.
