Hi everybody!

I know I'm new here and this topic was probably discussed some times, but I
wanna know what you think about it now.

The mail listing format is very objective and clear to use. We just need to
reply an email to take part in a discussion. But when the discussion grows
up, it starts to be impossible don't be disturbed by noise of other
discussions and even understand the thread flow.

Hi Paulo,
As you can see this is a very contentious topic. The website team has
investigated the options here, which is probably where this discussion
should have occurred, so you can capture the people who have already
had this discussion a number of times.

In terms of migration we have also explored the possibility of running
a forum and mailing list side by side through one system, so that
legacy support is available for mailing lists (ie. Each forum post is
send as a mailing list item which when replied to is posted back to
the forum). However the most recent discussions have involved the move
of a OOo forum to LibreOffice infrastructure and branding, which would
be a fantastic addition to our website infrastructure.

There are strong feelings on both sides of the issue, and I would
expect to get an officially supported forum soon. One thing I strongly
suggest is that if you are passionate about web infrastructure, please
raise the issue on the website mailing list rather than the design
