[libreoffice-design] LibreOffice Initial Icons Quick Update (Math, Draw)

Hi all,

just a very (!) quick update concerning the icons.

Here is the "change log":
      * Math: Added draft for math icons (DC, HC)
      * Draw: Added draft for icons based on Jaron's proposal (DC, HC)
      * Impress: Added Template Icons (DC, HC)
      * Impress: Tweaked Document Symbolism (DC)
      * Impress: Corrected position of 48px icons (HC)
      * Calc: Corrected transparency issue for 128px template icon (DC)
      * Base: Improved 128px icon featuring Bernhard's "record" (DC)
      * Base: Improved 16px icon by adding subtle background (HC)
      * All: Corrected missing gradient for some icons (DC)
