I am opening it via "Tools" -> "AutoCorrect" -> "AutoCorrect Options"

After the dialog opens, I immediately press the tab key because there is no indication of where I
am at. I get alerted that a dialog is open but that is all

As a result, I land in the autocorrect table list of corrections and must shift tab and or tab
around to find the 2 edit fields, which appear to be above the tabs that switch between different
panes.

What appears to work reliably is I tab until I hear the help button, then shift tab until I land in
the edit fields.

Ideally, I'd like for NVDA to announce where the cursor actually is, upon opening the dialog,
because I keep assuming it is at the top of the dialog when I open the autocorrect options dialog.
