Hallo Torsten,


Ich meine, mein SchirmSchuss zeigt und beschreibt den Sachverhalt
eigentlich deutlich genug.
1) Warum läßt sich der Kopfzeilen-Hintergrund der 1.Seite nicht
   _direkt_, also ohne den Umweg über eine zusätzliche Tabellenzelle,
   gestalten?


Also brauchst Du die Tabelle da gar nicht? Ich dachte nur: Weshalb
bringen die Leute jetzt auch noch Tabellen in der Kopfzeile unter ...


2) Warum ändern sich stattdessen die Kopfzeilen der Folgeseiten?
