Hallo,
ich erzeuge mit PowerShell aus einer UTF-8 Datei eine Textdatei (ohne xml-code), die auch UTF8 enkodiert ist. 

Notepad++ kann beide Fehlerlos lesen!!
Zwecks Gegenlesen und Rechtschreibprüfung will ich die jetzt in LO-Writer laden und lesen. 
Aber leider sind alle öäü.. "anders": Anschließend...
Unter => Optionen finde ich nur unter => Laden/Speichern => HTLM eine Kodierungseinstellung, die habe ich auf UTF-8 gestellt, aber das hat nichts verändert. 

Was mach ich falsch?
