stehen können, oder möglicherweise auch Unternehmen oder
Organisationen oder ....
Vielleicht eher noch allgemeiner gehalten, z.B. ...
"Die Makros in diesem Dokument wurden unterschrieben / signiert von:"
Da kann dann in der Liste alles mögliche auftauchen, von Personen über
Organisationen bis sonstwas ....
