Richtig - für 3.x-versionen gibt es vor Release der 3.x.0 einen Feature- und UI-Freeze (damit auch einen String-Freeze). 
Der wird nur für ganz üble Fehler aufgehoben.
Fehler können wir natürlich noch in der Übersetzung fixen, aber neue Übersetzungen stehen erstmal nicht an.
