Hallo,
macht es nicht Sinn, für die Normal-User eine Möglichkeit einzurichten, Fehlerbeschreibungen auf Deutsch abzugeben. Viele scheuen davor zurück, entsprechendes auf Englisch machen zu müssen, da dafür ihre Kenntnisse nicht ausreichen. Wenn man eine Konkurrenz zu MS sein will, muß man auch eine deutschsprachige Alternative zur MS-Knowledgebase haben. Speziell im Windows-Bereich ist die Hemmschwelle zu englischsprachigen Supportseiten dehr hoch.
