OK, here are two examples. We just need some last critique(s) on these 
and then I'll finish up the ES and DE to match these two formats if we 
all agree.

I think that we should also run these through the Design team to make 
sure that we are within the branding guidelines. I think we are.

If any of the design team members are reading this, my apologies for 
getting this to you so late but we are all trying as best we can.

Last time to critique and to suggest. Please do not suggest major 
changes unless they are really required. Drew needs time to print these 
off. I believe Thursday his time is the absolute deadline.
