I forgot to mention, I updated my design as well with a more
streamlined page of instructions. If people could give it a test and
comment, that would be good. Once it is considered OK, I'll upload it
to the wiki and it will remain there for people to use. I am still
considering it as in "testing" phase for now.

We should also provide a sample of the back side of the page for people
who have the option of printing front-back. Any suggestions? On mine, I
would most likely opt for your design on the back or a LibreOffice
letterhead-type page with a "To-Do" list or maybe a wordsearch for kids
on LibreOffice with a hidden sentence like one of our slogans.
I have created a 2nd page that could be printed on the back of my
paper airplane model. Remembering that this model could be used for
community building or for educational purposes.
I've thrown together a small word search with a hidden
sentence/phrase. It works well with the front part paper air plane and
does not conflict with the folding pattern. Total pages to download: 3
(included folding instructions).
So the complete package thus far is:
http://www.parentreprise.com/images/LibreOffice/LibreOffice_PaperPlane2D.odg
and also
http://www.parentreprise.com/images/LibreOffice/LibreOffice_PaperPlane2DPage2.odt
The header on the 2nd page reads:
LibreOffice
The Document Foundation
Your Open Source Office Suite
Write, Calc, Impresss
Draw, Base, Math
The vocabulary used is: LibreOffice; Document; Foundation; Writer;
Impress; Calc; Draw; Base; Math; Community; Word; Processor;
Presentation; Spreadsheet; Drawing; Database; Mathematics; Open;
Source; Office; Suite; Feature; Rich; International; Belong; Ownership
Let me know how it looks, works and try to complete the word search
for accuracy. I tried it and it is fine, but, there are always
unforeseen errors.
Cheers
Marc
Hi Marc, Benjamin,
As these are promo materials that some people that don't even have LibO
installed may want to use, may I suggest we also make them available as
color PDFs ?I also see a mention of the license on the instructions,
however "BY" meaning attribution we'd need to say who did the plane (or
what organization), and put both (license + attribution) on the plane
side itself too.
Cheers,
Fabian
