Beste mensen,

Natuurlijk sla ik mijn Writer-documenten altijd op als .odt-bestand.
Echter, soms moet ik het als .doc-bestand opslaan.
Ik doe dan 'Opslaan als...' en kies in het dan verschijnende scherm rechts
onderaan in het afrolmenu voor .doc.
In LO 6.3 hoefde ik dan alleen nog maar op 'Opslaan' te klikken en het was
klaar.

In LO 6.4 krijg ik dan echter een schermpje met daarin een waarschuwing:
"Het bestand met de naam "xxx" bestaat reeds. Wilt u het vervangen?"
In de regel bovenaan van het opslaanscherm, waar de documentnaam staat,
staat dan de naam van het bestand met .odt erachter, dus "xxx.odt".
Pas als ik daar "odt" weghaal kan ik het bestand als .doc-bestand opslaan.

Ik vind dit nogal irritant, want extra handelingen.
Ligt dit aan LO 6.4?
Ligt het aan mijn nieuwe Linux distro: Linux Mint 20 (vorige was 17.3 met
LO 6.3)?
Ligt het aan mijn nieuwe computer?

Ik heb al gekeken in het menu 'Extra-Opties...-Laden/Opslaan', maar daar
kan ik geen instellingen ontdekken die dit zouden kunnen veroorzaken.
Hebben jullie enig idee of ik hier iets aan kan doen? Zo ja, wat?
