[nl-users] Hoe zwarte informatieve tekstballonnen verwijderen?

Hallo,

Tekens men over een menu-item gaat met de muis krijg men van die zwarte
informatieve tekstballonnen te zien. Ik vind dat knap vervelend,
alleszins in het invoerveld van Calc, waar die zwarte band het zicht
belemmerd op wat men invoert.

Mijn vraag is of er een instelling bestaat waar ik die teksballonnen
kan uitzetten?

Ik gebruik Libreoffice 6.2.3.2 onder Opensuse 15.0
