[ja-users] LibreOffice のライセンス

　※実に4年ぶりの投稿で、ご容赦ください。

いま、LibtreOfficeのライセンスが、結構、私にはワケワカメ(もとい^^;)
訳の分からない状態に見えます。

元々、OpenOffice.org のLGPL v2.1 を引き継いでいたと思います。
それが、どのバージョンからか、LGPLv3になっています。

　> LibreOffice is Free Software. Because of its OpenOffice.org origin,
　> LibreOffice is licensed under the LGPLv3 以下省略
　　https://ja.libreoffice.org/about-us/licenses/

これは、v2.1からv3への移行は、
まぁ、新しいのにしたいという気持ちもわからなくもないですが、
その後の文章で、

　> The LibreOffice project uses a dual LGPLv3 (or later) / MPL license for
　>  new contributions to allow the license to be upgraded.

とMPLとのデュアルライセンスとの記載があり、
その下に「(L)GPL v3 license」の掲載があるので、MPLも選択可だけど、
オリジナルはLGPLv3というように見えます。

それがいつからなのか見つけることができなかったのですが、

　Mozilla Public License
　https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla_Public_License#cite_note-12

の記述では、LibreOffice 4.0からのようですね。

　> MPL 2.0は(省略)LibreOffice 4.0以降（LGPL 3以降とのデュアルライセンス）にも利用されている

でも、その出典のサイト<https://www.libreoffice.org/download/license/>
をみると、上の、ja.サイトと違って、MPL2.0になっています。

　> the terms of the Mozilla Public License v2.0 which is reproduced below.
　 https://www.libreoffice.org/download/license/

その下のデュアルライセンスでcontributionしてほしい旨は同じっぽいけど。

では、実際のソースコードにどう記載されているかというと、
例えば、\libreoffice-4.4.4.3\include\animations\animationnodehelper.hxxには、
MPL2.0と記載されています。

AOOのソースを取り込む為に、MPL2.0に移行したということなのでしょうか・・・。

　※オリジナルの著作者は、ライセンスを自由に選択できますが、
　　二次的著作権者は、原著作者の設定したライセンスに反した別ライセンスは
　　設定できませんから、単に移行は出来ないはずです。
　　OOo由来のものをAOO由来のものに置き換える作業が行われている
　　ということでしょうか。

日本語サイトも置いていかれるほど、ひっそりと移行しているような、
あまり、知られていませんよね？
私が気がつかなかっただけかもしれませんが。
