小笠原です。
一点だけ。

オリジナルのサイト [1] においては、"these pages" はこのサイト内のページ、すなわち

httpｓ://www.libreoffice.org/ 以下のページですよね。ところが、日本語サイトは
https://ja.libreoffice.org/ から始まります。

疑問点は、これら2つのサイトは同一（共にTDFのインフラ上で運営[2]）とみなしてよいのか、それぞれ個別のサイトであってオリジナルサイトから見れば日本語サイトは外部サイトとになるのか、どちらでしょうか。



ここは日本語サイトはグローバルサイトの一部であるという解釈で
よいでしょう。
日本語サイトの翻訳についてはTDF認定のNLP（ネイティブ言語
プロジェクト；この場合はLibreOffice日本語チーム）に委託され、
LibreOffice日本語チームが（実務は誰がやるとしても）その内容
に責務を負っているので、最終的にはTDFの責務でよいと解釈し
ています。

PS. "addresses as above" についてはまったく同感で、
すこし厳しい申しようになりますが、字面だけを見て訳すのではなく、
読んで分かるように訳してほしい（わからなければ翻訳をsubmit
するまえにここで質問して欲しい）と思っています。
「責任者はそれら個別の操作者です。」など、日本語として通るか
どうかをもう少し吟味していただきたいなと思います。
