なかなか翻訳に参加できずスミマセン。
WebSphereでpublish / subscribe
（発行・購読）という機能があり、この説明では発行者(Publisher)、購読者(Subscriber)になっています。ここではデータの提供側での訳語でありIBMに合わせる必要もないと思いますが、出版社よりは良いと思います。機能拡張なので「発行者」は変に聞こえると思いますが...
