以下の段落の意味が少し分かりにくいです。
これはもう一度選挙を行うということでしょうか。それともBoardやdeputyの
トップを選挙するということでしょうか。スケジュールなどを見ると再度投票す
る機会はないようにも読み取れます。
原文がそのような説明であれば仕方が無いですが…。
そして「決戦投票」は「決選投票」の方が正しいようです。
