I'm probably one of the most silverstripe-illiterate persons on this
list and I don't really know, but I see a edit/preview toggle button on
the bottom right of the page which might be what you're after.

Note that since the site was decommissioned, your changes won't go live
immediately.  You'll need to poke an admin once the site is ready and
we'll flip the switch to redirect to silverstripe rather than to the
current static pages.
