          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 69872
Summary: BUGZILLAASSISTANT: Ask user to try latest LO release
(with link) and see if issue persists before starting
                    the BSA process
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: unspecified
         Component: WWW
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description: Many users report problems which are already solved in the
latest version of LO. Combine that with the current clumsy update behavior of
LO, that means many reports that have to be triaged and it also means users
waiting for that process.

We should display a message before the BSA process starts to install the latest
LO version and see if the issue persists.

Current behavior: Many WORKSFORME bugs.

Expected behavior: Users download and test the latest LO version and might find
their problem already solved.

Related: "clearly ask whether new bug or additional information to existing
one" Could be solved at the
same place.

Maybe displaying an overlay window before BSA process would be a solution?
Operating System: All
Version: unspecified
