Hi All,
The QA team would like to setup a site that encourages community by
having bios about our core team. As we've moved through the past year
we've grown enough to where we can definitively stand on our own and I
think that having a bio page with pictures and a little tid bit of each
of our members would be a great way to encourage others to participate
plus give a big "THANK YOU" to those who dedicate so much time triaging,
testing, etc...
Who should I be in contact to get this done?
This originally started because of a conversation about "certified QA"
--> we opted to say that there is no need for this but we could/should
acknowledge those who really contribute a lot of time by posting a bit
about them.
Thanks too everyone :)
Best,
Joel
When I look at all the formats in the "Get Involved" website page, all
of the teams give an introductory "blurb" of their section and then move
the user to their wiki site.
Are you suggesting that you would rather do this on the website rather
than on the wiki? IMO, this would be better put on the wiki where the QA
membership could update the info along with all of the other
accompanying info.
Otherwise, IMO, you would now be working on two QA sites at the same
time. I am not sure if the QA team membership would need updating often,
but the wiki would probably be the better route to take.
And, this would keep it in line with the format that all of the other
teams are using at this point.
Cheers,
Marc
