The license is an important consequence of it's origins. As we push the
4.0 help, I would expect that to be MPLv2 licensed - but that is
something we don't have freedom to arbitrarily change.
Otherwise - there are some great ideas in this thread - thanks Zeki for
bringing them up; pushed some of it to the ESC agenda for today to
track :-)
