Just works for the main site now, the subsites still need the url
postfix manually.

subsites won't work without you either adding /etc/hosts entries or
using the ?SubsiteID parameter anyway :-)

a customized /etc/hosts is the only way to access them without adding
SubsiteID parameter, so not worth fiddling with domain setup.

Staging site is meant for creating new/better css and php mainly, so
no need really for accessing nl-pages regularily except for testing
features related to automatic translation (and for that one single one
is enough, that can either be added to hostsfile or you could use the
url-parameter).
