Thanks a lot for the banner, added to the site (next time, please
create it 890px wide, so we don't have to scale to fit the layout
:-)))

regular page content is just hidden, so removing the banner/replacing
it is easy for editors (remove the <div style="display:none;"> that I
did put around the content)
