Hi,

so, I've now copied images and the database from the current help wiki, 
ran the migraton scripts, did some tweaks, and a very basic setup 
(without the API function and without your extension) is now running at

https://help-test.libreoffice.org

Can you please check a bit whether everything looks like it should? In 
the next step, I'll then try your extension, and if all goes well, we 
can "pull the switch" :-)
