ok, a second instance help-api.libreoffice.org is now running without a 
DNS entry at 88.198.53.251, having API write enabled and ScriptPath 
disabled. The only difference to the previous setup might be that SSL is 
enforced now.
Can you try if this works? If so, I have already set DNS TTL to 60 
seconds for the help host name, so I can switch quickly over the weekend...
