Then to summarize your suggestions for Win/Linux just go with the Linux
version (removed the word "significantly"):
"At this point, you may also want to to install the "LibreOffice built-in
help" package which is separate from the installation package. You can use
LibreOffice without this package, however, it will then go to the "Help"
page on our website instead. A separate "Help" package makes it possible to
keep the installation package smaller for downloading purposes."
For Mac remove the statement altogether? Is there a reason why the Mac does
not have a localized help package?
Because it is pointless to have two packages for local UI and help.
If it was me, I'd also not have that separate on linux.
It might make sense again to separate it when help is available in the
Desktop's native help format and when extended Tooltips are no longer
taken from Help, but until then it is just a bother. (my biased
opinion :-)
