[libreoffice-website] need help with the extension center

I was trying to add a new version of one of my dictionaries to the 
Extension Center, but I could not see any place where I was to upload 
the new file.

ALSO, there is a warning stating

          Warning - This product has not had a release in over 1 year 
and may no longer be maintained.

They are being supported, but only one file has a new version so far.

So, I could use some off-list help on where is the section to upload a 
new release/version of one of my English Dictionaries. [American English 
with 773,000 plus words, hyphenation, and thesaurus]

I also need to add 3.6 to the compatibility section.

I may be reducing the number of versions down by half - i.e. remove the 
smaller word list versions.
