Hi,

I was trying to add a new version of one of my dictionaries to the
Extension Center, but I could not see any place where I was to upload
the new file.

have you read through the howto (linked from the extensions-site)?:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/1/14/Publishing_extensions.pdf

ALSO, there is a warning stating

Warning - This product has not had a release in over 1 year
and may no longer be maintained.

They are being supported, but only one file has a new version so far.

The warning is coded in the used Plone add-on Plone Software Center. It
should go away if there is a new release or if it is rereleased.

So, I could use some off-list help on where is the section to upload a
new release/version of one of my English Dictionaries. [American
English with 773,000 plus words, hyphenation, and thesaurus]

I also need to add 3.6 to the compatibility section.

You can edit the release and add another compability.

If the above doesn't help please ping me directly or via the
support-email-address of the extensions-site.

Regards,
Andreas
