My intention wasn't clear as pointed out here:

Similar to the mailinglists behavior this contributions should be queued
and inserted *after* approval.

Creating pages without account might not work as doesn't now.

I also expect that true, therefore i wrote "not a quick solution" :o))

"wrong" is a big word here. I see the success at our mailinglists which
I assume have comparable or higher spam attack volume.

The other thing I want to point at:
We do want welcome contributors. Every approach done until now is to
*exclude* them. I'd like to turn our minds according to the first
approach. :o))
