Hi Volker,

I would have done it, but I only have little knowledge concerning our 
multilingual proceedings. It sould be great if you could create some 
very few empty article and Template bodies? I think with such an example 
the rest might be very easy. do you agree with a proceeding I used for
<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Template:BugzAssHlp_BASIC/ar>?

When you start translation in those new /ar Articles <ou should refer to 
the English original source to grant the Authorship reference. For 
example in a new 
<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugzAssHlp_Database_long/ar> you 
should add the hint to the Summary line:
"Translation based on 
[https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/index.php?title=BugzAssHlp_Writer_long&oldid=54482]";
(Link taken from Version history), as I did for 
<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Template:BugzAssHlp_BASIC/ar>

If there are no concerns from Volker you can immediately start to create 
new /ar articles.

The separation into main Page "Bug Report Details", Templates and "Read 
More Pages" only is useful if we really create an Arabic Bug Submission 
Assistant. Would be great, but assistance will be needed of a programmer 
(Rob Snelders), and currently many details how to do that are unclear. 
If you are willing to do the translation part for that (All wiki pages 
and little more for the BSA UI) please tell me, I would help to 
coordinate activities.
