I propose we take things slowly - slowly. In this moment:

1. We see JForum structure
2. Must to collect information from other forums to see how they are
   organized
3. Must propose and implement the structure of categories and sub-forums
4. Must gather a team of moderators and coordinators

I don't understand. The users who wish to become the moderators in 
forum, to register on wiki in special section.
