Right now, the situation is as we had it before. A few people offering
support (and don't get me wrong, I really do appreciate that!), but
otherwise, we lack strong backing.
If we start with an official forum, I would like it to have at least the
main active languages as subforums, because an announcement where we
only offer two languages or so isn't that attracting...
So, if we have about, let's say, five languages or so, including some of
the major project languages, plus volunteers to actively moderate these,
we're fine to go.
Maybe some more advertising helps :-)
