Hi K-J,

Should we remove it for now or is the Ctrl+8 and Ctrl+9 been accepted
and waiting to be patched? Suggestion?

I think that it is a great feature and many people wait for it, so we
should show it. (Even it is a feature which is very interesting for the
documentation team.)
Maybe we give an advice like: "This function is not available for all
localizations but will be soon."

Thanks. I've left the following note: "(Note that this function is not available for all localizations but will soon be updated to offer full support to all.)"

More updates to the page:

* I have exchanged some of the "Featured Updates" to more substantive features.
* I have reformatted the bottom of the page.
* I have also tried to beautify the page with LibO icons.

Feel free to comment or to suggest any more changes to the page.

We need to finish the page so that the language groups can get to translating the page for their own sites before the release day.

Cheers,

Marc
