The shortkey Ctrl+[ doesn't work with WIN8-64bit and German (and
obviously some other) keyboard layouts. It will be Ctrl+8 and Ctrl+9

Should we remove it for now or is the Ctrl+8 and Ctrl+9 been accepted
and waiting to be patched? Suggestion?

I think that it is a great feature and many people wait for it, so we should show it. (Even it is a feature which is very interesting for the documentation team.) Maybe we give an advice like: "This function is not available for all localizations but will be soon."
