Text of download page is partially responsible for some confusion. For
example, when I go to https://www.libreoffice.org/download/, it says
LibreOffice Windows, version 3.5.4, Hungarian. So I may think that I'm
going to download a Hungarian installer, It is not clear, that I will
dowload a multi language installer. I think this fact should be
emphasized.

Yep, also see the "Download ISO section and issues" thread - there's
currently quite some heuristics at play in silverstripe & tooling to
figure out which language is included in random artifacts - I wonder
if we could make that more explicit (file names, directories,
separate metadata)?
